Shenanigans were kept at a minimum this weekend. Not a whole lot to report. When I got home Friday, I have a VoxBox from Influenster waiting for me...that is always fun and exciting! If you aren't a member, you need to be!
We stayed in Friday night, made pizza and watched vampire diaries. It was a long week and we didn't feel like doing anything.
Saturday seemed to be the day of errands. I went to 5 different boutique stores trying to find the perfect shirt for my nieces birthday. She turns 13 this year, my goodness! I finally found a shirt for her, and paired a necklace to go with it because a girl must accessorize. We also returned a few items that we haven't gotten around to, and grabbed an early dinner at Billy's Bar. Then we went home and watched some more vampire diaries. Exciting, huh?
Sunday morning we decided to head over to Waffle House for breakfast. I got my usual there, the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Texas Melt with hash browns and cheese. Yum! It was nice not having to make breakfast, and splurge on something I wouldn't normally eat.
After breakfast we headed home, and I cleaned for a little bit. Chris was working on building his own ROM for his phone, so I decided to sneak away to the outlet mall for some shopping. I came home with this dress from the Loft outlet. Ignore the huge bruise on me knee, OK? OK.
I also went grocery shopping, and then came home and made dinner and we watched more Vampire Diaries. See a theme this weekend.
This morning I had to leave earlier than usual to drop my car off to be repaired from the accident. Enterprise was supposed to be there at 7:45. Not so much. An hour later I finally had a car. I was supposed to have a full size sedan, but instead I got this clown car. Fun times.
(Nothing wrong with a Mazda 3, just remember that I normally drive an SUV and I hate little cars for me. I like to sit up high and have some space.)
Also, saving the best for last....Mac turned 3 this Saturday!! If you missed his birthday post, you can see all his sweet pictures here.

ReplyDeleteLove the dress you got from the Loft outlet, super cute!
I like the dress! Waffle House is great for when I don't feel like making my own hashbrowns, haha.
ReplyDeletei have a pack of those press on nail thingies...have you tried them? they don't fit my nail bed properly (some are too small; even the biggest one doesn't fit properly even with trimming) :(
