Good day my lovelies!
It is Wednesday, and time to be random!
I am feeling better and better each day, yay! I think doubling up on vitamins and Emergen-C help too.
So it got me thinking. I love products. I love trying new things. I love letting other people know about things I love.
I love my new iPhone case. It is amazing. I bought it at Best Buy for like $35, it is more expensive on the Casemate site, but I wanted to find a picture/link for it. It just makes me smile when I pick up my phone.
So there is this amazing product that has been doing wonders on my hair. I have super fine, thin hair. It sucks. There isn't much you can do with it, it just sort of hangs there. Lately, it has been tangling like crazy too. When I got out of the showers in the morning, it would take me like 5 minutes to comb through the mess. What is up with that? Then my hair girl introduced me to Thrix leave in conditioner! Like most things, I am apparently late to the party on this one.
The Thrix line is natural, organic, all that good stuff, plus it actually works. Since my hair is so thin, I hated having to weigh it down even more with the conditioner in the shower. Now I just put a little conditioner on my ends in the shower, then spray my hair down with this bad boy when I get out. While I am doing my face care regiment, I give it time to set in...and just comb through so painlessly. Crazy, right?
There is another product that I just can't go a day without. So, I am going to be hitting the big 3-0 this year. Yikes! Time is slowly showing up all over my body. This makes me super sad. I have very thin lines starting to pop up around my eyes. I already have dark circles, I don't need to cover up anything else, darn it! I found a great product that helps "fill in" said lines. My makeup goes great over it. I was buying just the eye serum, but then I thought to myself, hey...you have small little lines popping up on your forehead to girlie. Time to get serious! So I have been using this face cream for about a month, and notice a huge difference. Plus, I love something I can use on more than just one area! It is Beauticontrol's Regeneration Tight, Firm & Fill Face Creme.
I also have a problem with dry, cracked lips. And let's be honest...when they are cracking...you are going to pick! So I am all about some lip peels, scrubs, and chapsticks. I am still looking for the perfect chapstick for the day, so let me know if you have one! I found the perfect peel that really helps with the dead skin and softness. It is also a Beauticontrol Product. It is called Lip Apeel and has done wonders for the dryness! Gotta check it out!
I also tried dry shampoo for the first time a few weeks ago. My goodness, where have I been. I was unaware that such a product even existed! So far I have just tried the Suave brand because I didn't want to invest in anything too crazy if it didn't work for me. Anyone else have one they like? I will say I love the way this smells, and I think it does a decent job.
So I am wondering, what else am I missing out on? What are some of your go to products that have changed your life? I love to try new stuff!
