First Things First

First Broken Heart

My first broken heart was in 9th grade. There was a boy that I liked all through middle school, and I finally started to "talk" to him the summer between my 8th and 9th grade school years. My parents decided to move right as school was starting back up, and we ended up having to change school districts. I never saw him again. Middle school love...such a heart break!

First Thing You Do When You Wake Up In The Morning

The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is hit the snooze button! After a round or two of this, I reluctantly get out of bed and drag myself to the shower. Real exciting, huh?

First High School Dance/Prom
Sadly, I never went to any high school dance or prom. The middle of my sophomore year, my parents moved us to Georgia. This was the 4th different school in 5 years, so I was over it. I was quiet, and kept to myself mostly. I had a few very close friends, but never really tried anymore to get "involved." I quit most all of my extracurricular activities. My junior year, I think I went to the movies with some friends instead of prom. My senior year...wait for it...I worked on prom night! Looking back, sometimes I wish I would have gone, even if it was with a few girlfriends in a group, or a good guy friend. Mainly because I don't have any super awesome dated pictures of what was popular in 2001 to wear to prom.

  3. Don't worry about missing both your proms - they really weren't all that spectacular for most of us! (At least from what I've heard from a good number of other girls...) I only went to my senior one, and that's A-OK with me. And even that was a whole lot of drama and hoopla!

Glad you linked up with us again today! :)
